Staff appointment
| We are pleased to announce the appointment to the staff of Mr Peter Dankert who will take over Caroline Gilmour's role as Head of Maths and Director of Studies from September 2008. Pete is an Australian who has taught PE, Geography and Maths for many years in secondary education at Kemnal Technology College. His background is in sport in which he excelled as a swimmer, cricketer and rugby player. He is presently coach to the Canterbury 1st XV. Pete's wife is an ex-England cricketer and coaches the Canterbury Women's rugby XV. There will be plenty of opportunities for parents to meet with Pete in the coming months prior to his arrival as part of the Spring Grove team in September. |
